Disappointed customer

Bought an item on their website, wore it once and the seams were opening. Contacted the seller they did say they will take item back just this once as if it was my fault. I sent them the item have neither received the item nor a refund even though I fully paid R1600. It's been more than 1month. Follow up from me ignored.
