The past few months, whenever we as customers have loaded airtime we have realised that the service provider takes our airtime and we don't get the loaded amount. They claim that give you extra airtime at times which you cannot utilize. Further more if you leave an amount on your phone, tomorrow you will not get it. When balance is checked it is 0. We are being ****** from. My personal phone does not take advances so I am never owing any amount but this happens every time I recharge. Very disappointed.
Good morning, Yesterday I had a ticket for the bus to Grahamstown, when I called the head office. I was told the bus to embark late due to delays. When I got here your people at office desk or ticket desk , a guy at 18h00 29/03/2023said that the head office was incorrect. The bus number being 709. The guy was checking on the system until another came and whispered something to him then he changed his story. The bus left yet we were at the station because your employees sold our seats. The security guards confirmed that the bus was there. At the station and your company’s employees are exploiting us as customers. I’m complaining on a serious note as this is not fair for I was not given my moneys worth so your paid employees can swindle us as the public. I would understand if the bus was not here but why lie to sell my seat cash to another customer. And when you discover I am here you decide I don’t deserve to go. What nonsense or company are you guys running and for goodness sake why do you hire *******. I am disappointed cos my blind brother whom I was supposed to assist at Grahamstown was left stranded. Bought an item on their website, wore it once and the seams were opening. Contacted the seller they did say they will take item back just this once as if it was my fault. I sent them the item have neither received the item nor a refund even though I fully paid R1600. It's been more than 1month. Follow up from me ignored.
Horrible experience buying a gadget on their online platform. The customer service number does not assist with any query yet they have an online option but have to escalate your matter. We purchased a TV but it's been one email after the other explaining and correcting with no concern on their side. The item was R12999 but including the delivery of R100 and a TV license renewal amount of R821. Later they requested an amount of R848 to be paid for TV license and non of the consultants could explain why they had charged the R821 in the beginning and why this can't be refunded if it was for the license. Why hire people who do not know the work. Why not have customers deal with the people who are actually doing the work. On request of my refund they claimed it would be 7 to 14 working days till I get it and unfair because they had taken the money or is it a scheme not to repay clients. I am truly disappointed and would never advise anyone to use this service ever.
I DVN Mahlangu, have an account with capitec. This past week I received a message that I should go to the bank to consult. On the 15th on pay day of February my card declined. When I went to the bank they said my account was suspended due to someone having fraudulently accessed my personal information and applied for a loan. On query at the bank the signatures did not match and I was informed that the account was closed and under investigation which may take 2weeks. Asked about my debit orders I was told to inform companies until investigation has been concluded. I am left with no funds as a result as schools just opened and do not understand why I must pay for the fraudulence of another individual. As to why the bank cannot trace where the transaction happened and why was the application considered without pay slips and proper thorough investigation. It is now unfair I have to suffer due to an error on their side. Above all where besides the bank can people have accessed my bank statements if not in the bank itself and have access to all my information as well as transfer funds to my other standard bank account which has also been suspended. Disappointing place to go for a weekend away, have a curfew. Hotel requests no noise what so ever after 11pm even talking forces guests to sleep when they want them to. Like a prison of u ask me. Guests were misinformed of the rules and told as management saw fit. Very dissatisfied with the service and how place is treated as a boarding facility.
I am very disappointed in the transactional department of standard bank. I queried a transaction on the number given for which they did admit their system had an issue but I have since not received any assistance except promises that it will be corrected. My access account has been incorrectly debited. Even after wasted airtime trying to get them to fix the error, it has not been resolved. My rating would be a zero if the app allowed for transactional banking at standard bank. I am forced not to utilize my account as a result.
Homeloan department, a nightmare to work with. When you apply for the loan they are very helpful until you need your statements sent to you. They make excuses after excuses. You have a joint homeloan account the other party can withdraw funds from that without your knowledge. When you require proff, no assistance. Yet the other party was given all these benefits to keep both of you in debt.
I would not even recommend the 1 star but a zero as there was no option I chose that rating. The facilities are not at all as depicted on the travel ground website or their oun website. It should not even be called a lodge but a hostel in my view. It is not clean, we were given rooms and it seems they are not usually used. The beds are very uncomfortable, one of those sunk in, from the cheap shops. The linen and towels, could be sworn are 100years old. With I'll fitting inner. In one of the rooms was an empty alcohol bottle and crumbs. I felt as though we were not welcome, the atmosphere suggested it. We were there with kids and on the 1st nights were gunshots in the yard. The workers were the only good thing about the place, but they seemed to not know much or were afraid. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.
