THE WORST SERVICES EVER.

I signed up with Mamba in November, they ran three debit orders through my account. I attempted to follow up, however my calls went unanswered and no one ever called me back. As such i had no option but to reverse the debit orders and listed as no authority to debit, you would think a service company would contact you to establish why, nope no call. Instead i have had the same experience every month for the last 9 months, and only today when i said that i will report them as fraudulent transactions, as they had no authority to debit after the first reversal, did they contact me, just to inform me that these debits are for services. WHAT SERVICES????? YOU COULDNT EVEN CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE RECEIVED NO SERVICES FROM YOU AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
