THE WORST SERVICES EVER. I signed up with Mamba in November, they ran three debit orders through my account. I attempted to follow up, however my calls went unanswered and no one ever called me back. As such i had no option but to reverse the debit orders and listed as no authority to debit, you would think a service company would contact you to establish why, nope no call. Instead i have had the same experience every month for the last 9 months, and only today when i said that i will report them as fraudulent transactions, as they had no authority to debit after the first reversal, did they contact me, just to inform me that these debits are for services. WHAT SERVICES????? YOU COULDNT EVEN CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE RECEIVED NO SERVICES FROM YOU AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you have a business? Do you believe in a positive customer experience with ease of assistance when needed? If so, do not use Absa South Africa for your business bank account, you will be left 8 months without any OTPs to action your daily baking activities. Also, another amazing experience is if you select a private banker as an option on your banking package they will gladly refuse any form of assistance without a prior booking, which of course is impossible because calls and emails go unanswered. Their NPS scores MUST be extremely high #makeNPSpublic so we can see exactly what level of service we are in for! Charles Russon
I recently moved to New house. I informed vodacome that my Fibre line needs to be relocated. I have been following up with them at least twice a week. I am consistently being told that the relocation has not been allocated to anyone to attend to. This morning my debit order went off what am I exactly paying for as I have no Fibre line no one seems to help me despite your consultants escalating the issues to all their line managers and the relocation team. Seems like what is broken in your system is not the consultants but their managers because since mid November not one single manager has contacted me back. Are you going to refund me for every month that I am without internet because of tardiness on your side? A whole effing month! My ref is SR201101-806534
TELKOM the most useless company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the last two years they have been trying to collect 4000.00 from me for a landline. I have never had any sort of account with telkom due to their useless reputation. Now this useless excuse of a company is billing me 4000.00 for a landline I DO NOT HAVE at an address i HAVE NEVER RESIDED at. You would think by informing telkom of this they would rectify the error... No hell No... they pay salaries but nothing happens in their offices. You think completing all the forms they give you to rectify the error they will assist you... HELL NO they wont. I have even tried sorting this out with their attorneys BUT HELL NO not even their attorneys can do anything. TELKOM YOU ARE USELESS NO WONDER NO ONE WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!!!!
