These people are absolute thieves. They deducted 9995 from my account today after i had canceled this contract in 2019. I dont live in Johannesburg i haven't lived there for almost 2 years and out of the blue the decided to take this ridiculous amount from my account. When i queried they tell me that the contract was never cancelled and i owe 10500. They have been actively going to the resident knowinh that i no longer live there. The unit has no signal yet i am still being billed. They have even charged me for call outs.

THE WORST SERVICES EVER. I signed up with Mamba in November, they ran three debit orders through my account. I attempted to follow up, however my calls went unanswered and no one ever called me back. As such i had no option but to reverse the debit orders and listed as no authority to debit, you would think a service company would contact you to establish why, nope no call. Instead i have had the same experience every month for the last 9 months, and only today when i said that i will report them as fraudulent transactions, as they had no authority to debit after the first reversal, did they contact me, just to inform me that these debits are for services. WHAT SERVICES????? YOU COULDNT EVEN CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE RECEIVED NO SERVICES FROM YOU AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM, on numerous occasions I have had to be my own security guard as waiting for mamba can take up to 2 hours + for them to get an armed guard out to my house and then they don’t even know their own instructions to gain access to to the property. Further more I had to sign into 24 month contract (no option for early termination due to bad service) and get a safe installed to hold the key which they don’t even know how to use.

Disgusting service and I'm not even a member yet ,which i will never be . They can't even give you an installation time which i have asked for on a few occasions. They are only a name which was good but as all businesses that grow the service becomes worse as the clientele becomes larger. Don't accept second best as they is what they have become

Took 11 months of constant calls for me to finally decide to go with another security team ... And this is purely due to their lack of communication skills and constant lies with regards to alarms going off and not being recorded by them To top it all off at the end of this all I was promised a management team call ... I am still waiting for that call ... Bit of advise if they say my manager will call you shortly ... It basically means they aren't going to call you

Worst possible security company to have in Gauteng. Control Room never phone when your alarm or beams activate. It’s always a cover up of ground teams that either never arrive or arrive 30+ minutes after alarm activation. Street addresses are part and partial which confuses ground teams?? Are they not familiar with the area they serve? So tired of your lies whilst your Operations Director has with my last 5 incidents since October 2019 not once gave a courtesy call to even remedy the situation. You are leaving paying customers as sitting ducks when crime is rife in Gauteng. May all lives be spared and never one lost due to your incompetence.

We have been clients for 4 years. Looking at the complaints re response times over the 4 yrs on Hello Peter I can see that what we have experienced are not standalone service delivery issues but in fact the norm. From having to enter my property on my own post an alarm because 30 min later Mamba could not find my home., to my husband making it home 3 times from Sandton to Edenvale prior to Mamba arriving to Mamba not responding to a threat from a man at my front gate. All recorded via the procedures stipulated by Mamba. Ser vice failures confirmed by the director Jonathan which results in us not having to pay for a period of time and eventually a reduced fee. Till we complain on the whatsApp group along with other residents with similar experiences who are all justifiably concerned as crime is on the increase in our area and Mamba operates our boom. Did I mention an armed robbery in Dec at the boom with the guard? This is how how little impact Mba seems to be having? From all the complaints on the group I receive a call from the BDM Sean who feels the need to share with me that it is his group, his staff and it is the residents own fault for slow reaponses because they complain on the group. A group where no one reports an emergency but where Mamba feels it is ok to spam us with marketing when there is yet another security incident. I relay the conversation on the group as I feel people are entitled to understand Mamba’s position and instead I am threatened, bullied and blocked. Sean makes a phone call to my husband which he starts with ‘Your wife doesn’t understand’ as if I am not able to grasp a simple conversation. Maybe in 1950 this would have been acceptable but now you have insured me to to my husband. My husband eventually gets blocked as well but low and behind we start receiving information from people re Mamba’s conduct from the fact that people went to school together and there are no repurcussions to actions to being told they have 22 vehicles for 7000 residences spread from Edenvale to Benoni to rumours that they pay for free security and free holidays for community leaders to retain their stronghold in the areas... I lodged a complaint via FB as well and the marketing director reached out to ask whether Jonathan had contacted me. We wait but suspect it would be along the same lines as their response vehicles... hummers for director and muscle cars for staff from our fees but very little of anything else that really matters.
