Useless
The most useless system for your vehicles. I have 3 cars with tracker installed and the app is useless. The call center takes ages to answer and they are never helpful . What's the point of having a system that can't do anything for you and an app that doesn't work

Disgusting service and I'm not even a member yet ,which i will never be . They can't even give you an installation time which i have asked for on a few occasions. They are only a name which was good but as all businesses that grow the service becomes worse as the clientele becomes larger. Don't accept second best as they is what they have become
