EVDS Health Department system - wrong info
Getting vaccinated - only to find out that the EVDS system has a different name for my ID Number. Even though i got an sms message regarding the vaccine i received . SO how good is the vaccine passports going to be ?? My Mail to EVDS - I have received my 2nd jab, the nurse indicated that my details on the EVDS are incorrect, and that I should contact EVDS and have them updated. My Details: ID - 72*********xx Name: Reginald Surname: Greenwood Vaccination code: CXMNH4M9U4VE Vac site: Linksfield Pharmacy Date: 2021/09/13 https://hissupport.health.gov.za/view.php?auth=o1xlayacagtsubqaLqAxcwysTIxeBA%3D%3D Response : Good Day, Thank you for contacting the EVDS Service Centre. Please provide the following 1. Incident Report from Facility Manager 2. Affidavit from Vaccinator 3. Proof of Identification of vaccine I am now expected to provide all this proof to correct their system? How now, surely the health department should be trying to stop these issues. Next stop the news papers. Lets see how they like the people having no faith in their systems. Reg.g..

Awesome Chicken
Family pack- chicken was the juiciest and tastiest (lemon Herb) i have had the pleasure of eating in many years. I have to go back over 20 years of hard thinking to when i had such a nice flam grilled chicken. Well done. the service is fast, all protocols are in place. Keep it up
