Rentoza I app**** for a product 07.05.2025 and was unsuccessful by the 09.05.2025 but money was taken from my account 10.05.2025 and was suppose to be returned within 6-12 days which I continuesly enquired during said period and was instructed by their agents that my bank would release the funds. Only to find out that rentoza went back into my account on the 10th may 2025 and took the money out after declining the contract! How does this make any sense? And since then iv been getting generic Ai messages about the enquiry been at your payments department for a manual payment it's been over 20 days of sending my bank details on 4 separate occasions to this phantom account team for my refund. Iv asked for an agent to call me because not one person has explained why this has become such a huge issue ! Rentoza has no point of operations no actual contact details absolutely no satisfactory customer service and I am not being helped. I am just getting the same generic Ai message over and over. What am I left to do but report this as ***** to saps or fill out these kinds of reviews. I will have to resort to making social media posts in hopes that this business actually gets back to me. Please note this business declined service to me but took money from me and will not return it!
These people are absolute thieves. They deducted 9995 from my account today after i had canceled this contract in 2019. I dont live in Johannesburg i haven't lived there for almost 2 years and out of the blue the decided to take this ridiculous amount from my account. When i queried they tell me that the contract was never cancelled and i owe 10500. They have been actively going to the resident knowinh that i no longer live there. The unit has no signal yet i am still being billed. They have even charged me for call outs.
Pathetic service provider as usual. We listed a relocation of wifi line on the 8th may Paid our fee even with no service. Waited patiently until this technician comes out today. Only to inform us that we can not get the service. We are ti now call in and order lte and wait an additional 10 working days. We call in to get told that we have to cancel the contract ourselves and re apply for another one. Yet previously wr where told we cant cancel when we wanted to change service providers. We ask to speak to a manager because no details have even been asked of us. These people dont give a dam about client services. We all need to work from home this is a national understanding so how is this companies behavior ok. The best thing is that no one can take this company to task. No avenues to complain or get any help. They just operate as they please.
I the midst of all the madness and confusion of lockdown and being stuck in a province that was not our home and that separated my family for over a month. Im happy to say VIP MOVERS stuck with my family fought daily and got us moved successfully yesterday. With Riann as the driver and his trusty helpers we moves earlier than scheduled and the service was beyond satisfactory. Id like to thank Michal and her team for helping us. I would recommend this company for all moving and storage solutions. Great customer care!
Mr price greenstone. Was suppose to repair a tablet i purchased from them that never worked a day since purchased they have called me once in 2 months saying they wont repair. I asked for management to concact me iv never heard from them since. No tablet and no explanation. So they have taken my money and the tablet. Zero response from my previous complaint. And no calls about my tablet that they have.
Bought a mobicell tablet from this store it never ever worked since day one. I tried to return it at a different store to the one i purchased they refused take it and said i have to go to the shop i purchased it from which i tried to explain tonat least three mr price branches that i was not able to do that because we had to be in a different province for a family emergency. None of them would help me. At a later stage we returned to jhb and i took it into the branch i purchased it from. Greenstone. They said they can only repair it. I handed it in and had to wait almost 6 weeks for the repairs and had no updates on its progress unless i went to the store to check myself. When we received it back they saif the entire processor needed tp be replaced which is the entire device itself tp my understanding. The tablet worked in store. When i took it home and turned it on it worked for approximately 30min and then the screen went white with black lines across it. I tool it back asap nd explained the issues we could hear it but no screen display. They took it back and wr continued to wait another month with no communication as usual unless i went to check on it and was told that parts are being ordered they might not have used brand new processor so maybe that was the reason for the long wait again. I was patient and cautiously waiting ... until i received a call today 15/5/2019 at 11:42 saying mr price will not fix the tablet because the lcd is cracked all of a sudden with it being in their possession for over a month explaining to me the wait was for parts now they want to blame us for break the lcd in the space of 30min. This is unacceptable i asked for the regional manager to call me i am still waiting.
