Poor Service

My truck was towed in for broken fan belt. I requested that the vehicle be thoroughly checked as we suspected some damage to the drivertrain caused by the appointed towing company during the tow. I was told that no defects were found which was highly improbable due to the fact that when the truck arrived the entire chassis was covered in covered oil. No investigation was done to determine the loss of oil. We departed Kimberley enroute to Johannesburg. Upon arrival we noticed more oil had leaked out. We found the oil had be leaking from the connection point of the propshaft to the differential. How is it that your mechanics missed this huge defect? Its unacceptable and very unprofessional. We didn't ask for a repair, just an inspection which clearly was not done. It seems we were just told there was no defects to get us off the premises as it was the end of the day. Very poor....
