Searched for a tyre online. The Braamfontein branch showed it has stock. The price was R 3521 with a R50 discount which would have been R 3471.30 including vat. When I go the store and show him the online quote he backtracks and says he can't sell it for that price. He wanted R 3550. Its not a lot of money but its the principle. Very dishonest and left disappointed.
After ordering via the kiosk. I was informed that my order would take 7 mins. Just to be told a few minutes later that it would take an additional 20 mins. This is unacceptable!!! As a frequent customer I expect better. All I get are excuses.
Opened up a new tin of Boss wet dog food and found it rotten mould. Sent an email, no response. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.
Went to new store Weltevreden Park for the wet dog for special that was 4 for R99 advertised just to be told that it was not available due to not being supp****. The pamphlet with that special were specifically for that store as an opening special. The person assisting said to me the special may be available elsewhere which I found very strange. All in all...very poor. Don't advertise products you don't have.
We purchased some chicken pieces for a good price at 39.99/ KG, marinated in a spice. After preparing this, the result in taste and texture was horrible rendering it inedible. The product was freezer burnt and extreme dry. Quite obviously an old product that had been frozen for a very long time hence the dryness. Also the pieces themselves were cut in a non conventional way. One couldn't make out what part was what. All in all.... very very poor. Get your act together Food*****s.
So I app**** for a two pot withdrawal. My funds were in the process of being transferred to a different fund which I had to wait to be completed. I was waiting a good period for a had to ask what was happening. The response I got was they we looking into it. Later I was asked if I had done a withdrawal before to which my answer was NO. That was extremely strange. Anyway another bunch of time went by just to be told I could only get a small amount of under 4k. This was extremely disappointing to hear as I was expecting the full allocation. The reason I was given was that my RA was not a pure RA but has life cover attached to it which I know I changed some years back. This policy was taken out in 1996 or so. I'm asking for my own money here, nobody else's. Just to be told this nonsense. I have to say my personal financial advisor has been excellent and has become a personal friend. I have no complaints about him or his assistant. My issue is so much time was wasted just to be disappointed. I feel short changed and very unhappy. I am considering moving my portfolio to another company. The department handling these requests needs to work on their communication skill and speed when it comes to handling clients. Not good at all.
Dstv streaming service has been down for days now. Nobody can give an update as to when the interruption will be resolved? Are we going to be credited the days the service the service was inoperative? The call center staff also don't know anything. If they don't then who does?
I purchased loadshedding bulbs. Absolutely useless and completely does not do what it claims. THE LIGHT BULB product bulbs supposedly lasts 4 hours. This is a lie. Not even 2 hours on a charge. These bulbs are not cheap and should be removed from your stores. I feel **********.
Purchased 2 pieces of chicken. Was completely inedible. No seasonings and severely overcooked. Rather take if off the menu. Your burgers are way better.
I ordered parts for my vehicle. I was told after the fact that I needed to pay half of the invoice. I could have got these parts from another place but chose to use Online Car Parts because I was promised would receive it sooner. Its not even high value items. So if something was R100 then you have to pay half before you can receive it??? Its ridiculous. Clean up your act.
