On the 4th Feb 2026 went to MPD Westrand after enquiring about availability for brake pads for a Chery Tiggo. I was buying the pads for my brother who works and live in Zimbabwe.
After buying the pads and sending my brother a pic of the pads, he said I must take them back coz they are of poor quality as they are very noisy when braking.
I then sent them an e-mail enquiring about their return and refund policy. Keegan Roger responded advising that he has never had experience of the pads being noisy unless fitted incorrectly.
How can pads be fitted incorrectly and the car be able to brake? I’ve been waiting for his response and none has been received.
I want my refund coz the pads they supp**** haven’t been used and their policy states that if parts are supp**** correctly then a 20% handling fee will be deducted but it seems like they are refusing to refund me and take the pads back.
