I booked my dates with them which were the 16, 17 and 18 check out on the 19th. It was a large group booking but due to unforeseen circumstances I canceled the booking on the 4th November, which was six weeks before my arrival. Now Iam asking for a refund of R25 000 that I had paid already its a pain I have been waiting since with no indication until now. The manager told me the payment was going to be done on the week 12th-16th which was last week. This week I asked the manager to give me the number of a person who is suppose to do this transfer he tells me they are not around he will give me when they come back and this is after he told me that he has been trying to reach them to remind them or ask them but they are not responding to his texts.
Is this how they treat customers and run their business through scamming the guests. Iam eligible for a 100% refund since I canceled 1 month 2 weeks before the arrival.
If you book your holiday with these be careful and not be sorry like Iam now running after them day after day for whats due by me and Iam being given an axcuse after another whenever I ask for my refund.
