I went to Wimpy OR Tambo Airport. The waiter was rude and just failed to give me a decent service later he was literally demanding a tip after I've send back the wings that were soo dry I could stab someone with.
Its obvious that discovery do no longer want to give the excellent service they used to have. Over the years their service keeps getting bad to worse. I took car Insurance with them from an excellent experience of the service I once had on the other two cars I insured with them previously before i sold them. As usual their car insurance comes with benefits such as fuel cash backs when you fill up at bb bear in mind that I fill up a full tank every week. I did my car check in April. In June they gave me my fuel cash back with no hustles. In October I noticed that I have not been receiving my fuel cash backs since June pay out and when I check online my driving cash backs are just seating there but not paid out to me when I asked Im being told its because I did not download the DQ track on my fone.. I may swipe but it doesn't mean anything. Now-: 1. I have received the fuel cash back in June without me downloading the tracker how come? 2. On the cars that were previously insured I have also not downloaded the app but I was getting my fuel cash backs from time to time. 3. The consultant tells me I do have an option not to download the DQ but I will have to pay for that option 4. How do I pay money to be paid my fuel cash backs🤔 so Iam buying them in order for them (fuel cash backs) to be paid to me. Does that make financial sense?? Discovery catch a wake up cal cause these days even banks give us cash back with no T&C attached nor hidden as I was never told that its now compulsory to have an app in order to get fuel cash backs. A I write my cash backs amounts to good few hundred bucks that Discovery owes me as I cam see them when I log in to the site. I want my cash backs pls before I download the tracker and continue with their insurance. I have referred soo many friends n family cause I was happy with them but from this experience Iam not sure anymore.
These people still owe me money for the refund deposit I paid. This is highly unethical business conduct especially that I canceled six weeks before I arrive. Proxy is covering up for his bossws refusing to give me contact of a person who is suppose to process the payment. One excuse after another its now February. I wawited for this refund since December
I booked my dates with them which were the 16, 17 and 18 check out on the 19th. It was a large group booking but due to unforeseen circumstances I canceled the booking on the 4th November, which was six weeks before my arrival. Now Iam asking for a refund of R25 000 that I had paid already its a pain I have been waiting since with no indication until now. The manager told me the payment was going to be done on the week 12th-16th which was last week. This week I asked the manager to give me the number of a person who is suppose to do this transfer he tells me they are not around he will give me when they come back and this is after he told me that he has been trying to reach them to remind them or ask them but they are not responding to his texts. Is this how they treat customers and run their business through scamming the guests. Iam eligible for a 100% refund since I canceled 1 month 2 weeks before the arrival. If you book your holiday with these be careful and not be sorry like Iam now running after them day after day for whats due by me and Iam being given an axcuse after another whenever I ask for my refund.
McDonald's Verulam might as well close down. They always out of stock on hot drinks and cold drinks. Then offer you water at the same price of a meal or powerade at a higher price. Their ice cream tastes like watered ice cream. The chips that came with my meal was oversalted. It was lik chips was oooked with salt. Yesterday the guy forced me to take bottled water even when I told him he must ring food only if they dont have drinks that comes with a meal. They must just close. Its the 3rd time I go there and they do not have drinks.

The level of poor service here is disgusting. At one point I waited 1 hour 39 min on a drive through had to get off the car and go inside to scream for my order.if it's not their ice cream machine or ticket issuing machine that is not working. You will be told to wait for the meat in a process of hurrying the cooking as people are piling up the meat is served not well cooked. I don't know how many times I have had asked for the manager and complain about poor service maybe because they don't have competition. I then decide to use online to see if maybe I will be served faster. I placed an order pay online. 15 min later I got there my slip had not even attended too. I was still being asked my name and if I paid. When I thought that was not enough. I was asked to wait 7 minutes for the meat that 7 minutes turned into 20 minutes which I was served half cooked meat after I demanded a refund. I dont know why are they always short staffed when they are soo busy. Another kfc opening there will definitely give them a wakeup call

I bought a fitbit smart watch in 2019 from dis her for 3k...late 2020 it stopped working the screen just went black. I tried getting it fixed with no luck. 1. No one can fix it nor diagnose 2. Fit bit has no branch where I can take it. 3. I tried reaching out to them. Since this was during Covid I thought that when businesses open I will get a better response. But late last year December till now. Iam not getting any joy on insta - no response on face book they kept telling me to switch it onandoff but how do I switch it on when the screen is blank/black. They have no branches nor service outlets yet im stuck with with a 3k watch that only worked less than 2 yrs.
