We booked this place in October, upon arriving and checking in our room we later discovered that there was a MAJOR SAFETY issue, there was electric short of some sort when taking a shower, we reported this immediately bare in mind we had two old people over 80yrs and a pregnant woman, manager never did anything nor came to our unit although we complained several times that night. Next morning they gave us a key to another unit, same issue, so we deciding to leave, it is now nearly 4 months I have not received my refund, Mangwa Valley Resort is giving me the run around, I have exhausted all avenues of trying to resolve this amicably, Igot the number for Neil from Webbiz, he assured me that I will receive my refund, the guy said to me he will do the payment, never did, the manager of Mangwa Valley is shockingly unprofessional, it is besides me has to how he manages the place, lacks customer service actually he lacks everything - MANGWA VALLEY I WANT MY MONEY THAT IS IT
