We booked this place in October, upon arriving and checking in our room we later discovered that there was a MAJOR SAFETY issue, there was electric short of some sort when taking a shower, we reported this immediately bare in mind we had two old people over 80yrs and a pregnant woman, manager never did anything nor came to our unit although we complained several times that night. Next morning they gave us a key to another unit, same issue, so we deciding to leave, it is now nearly 4 months I have not received my refund, Mangwa Valley Resort is giving me the run around, I have exhausted all avenues of trying to resolve this amicably, Igot the number for Neil from Webbiz, he assured me that I will receive my refund, the guy said to me he will do the payment, never did, the manager of Mangwa Valley is shockingly unprofessional, it is besides me has to how he manages the place, lacks customer service actually he lacks everything - MANGWA VALLEY I WANT MY MONEY THAT IS IT
I have had the most stressful, frustrating experience with Foschini (Bash online) I ordered products online, second item 50% off, since placing this order there has been issues upon issues, so cut a long story short apprently the courier service had returned my order back to Foschini distribution, Bash online cannot tell me where or why couldnt they just send the package back to me instead they chose to refund me without letting me know. Since Foschini is part of TFG and Bash online, it is no longer pleasant shopping with them, they feel giving a customer 20% discount voucher will make the problem go away, Foschini customer services is of the no help, in fact I dont know why they exist as they have not made any attempts to resolve this problem apparently due to me purchasing online, overall I am completely disgusted that Bash due to their mistake has made no attempts whatsoever to sort this out
I certainly don't think this hotel deserves a 4 star, I have had major issues with the wifi, I called reception numerous times informing her I have meetings which I cannot connect, she informed me a technician will come sort it out, 3 hours later and still received no assistance I was forced to check out because I couldn't work, no empathy or support whatsoever, I would not recommend this hotel
How I wish I had read all these reviews about Grundig before I purchase the gas hob and oven, We have been having a issue with the oven for months, brand new oven, tried to use it and the door fell off, I am totally disgusted with their service which of course is DEFY, so both these these brands are not worth spending your hard earned cash on, problem is still not resolved. Hi I am still waiting for a response, I have called the homeloan division to notify them of my intentions to cancel my bond in June , when I called a couple weeks later to query I was told it was not logged, the agent that assisted me gave me paralegal email address to send letter of cancelation of which I was told is incorrect. The agent was supposed to listen to the recording after which a manager was going to contact me to resolve this, I called again yesterday and still not received any response or feedback from a manager, I sent email to Standard Bank complaints as well I find this to be extremely unprofessional as well as frustrating on my part as I spent a considerable amount of time and expense to me on the phone Reference: ********** Customer Service Agent Ralph Peters

Hi guys I just want to bring to your notice that you scrutinise MTN statement I never looked at every line transaction on my account up until end February when my daughter asked me why I am paying for BIS when I do not have blackberry I called MTN beginning of March to query this, the consultant apologised and he told me that I will be refunded I call MTN to query payment consultant Letoya could not help me so I asked to speak to his manager I the speak to Yoliswa who tells me that I cannot get a refund because I should have read my statements I never read my statements as I took it for granted that I was billed correctly so I asked who is the decision maker she replied that she is, I could not speak to her superior I believe the person does not take calls my question is how come call centre supervisor makes a decision or approve refund also if MTN is a service provider how is it that the call centre manager cannot be bothered with taking calls or assisting the customer after all that is his job anyway MTN I want my REFUND I am cancelling my contract had too much of hassles with you definitely not customer orientated and trustworthy if the customer has to scrutinise their statement
