Price Mis-Alignement. I am bitterly dissapointed at the lack of caring or interest for your clients. You do not align your pricing specials between the reservations line and the website. I paid for the full day package at River Valley at FULL price only to find out there is a R500 discount / special when you book via the reservations line. There is no care or support to help refund the difference and i think this is DISGUSTING customer service from such a reputable Spa company.
I am not asking for a full refund.. just the difference in the special to what i paid online.
You should be ashamed of yourself... Dont fall victim to this same "****" pricing... always check and book via the reservations hotline and NOT online.
