Must be shutdown

I placed an order on 19 Jan 2023 at 4 pm. Less than 24 hrs later on 20 Jan 2023, I received an OUT OF STOCK: REFUND notification and sent my banking details immediately. Now over 4 months later, still no refund. They don't answer the calls. I've sent countless emails. Some receive no response, most receive generic responses promising that "A full refund will be issued within 7 - 14 working days upon receipt of banking details" and that a separate email will be sent (which never happens.

After reading the reviews of an overwhelming majority of customers with the same experience, one wonders how this company is still operating and ****ming people.
