Horrible 1st impression - outdated pricelists on website

Received a voucher, and wanted to book a facial. Checked their website and pricelists for Tyger Valley, Somerset West and Canal Walk, and saw they do offer facials.

Phoned Tyger Valley - their employee which does facials are away for 4 months. Phoned Canal Walk - they don't do facials. Even though it is on their 2024 pricelist on their website. Phoned Somerset West - they don't do facials. Even though it is on their 2024 pricelist on their website.

Is it truly THAT DIFFICULT to update a pricelist on your website?
