Received a voucher, and wanted to book a facial. Checked their website and pricelists for Tyger Valley, Somerset West and Canal Walk, and saw they do offer facials. Phoned Tyger Valley - their employee which does facials are away for 4 months. Phoned Canal Walk - they don't do facials. Even though it is on their 2024 pricelist on their website. Phoned Somerset West - they don't do facials. Even though it is on their 2024 pricelist on their website. Is it truly THAT DIFFICULT to update a pricelist on your website?

The pricing of services at Mani & Pedi Tygervalley is just beyond a total rip-off. My daughter was charged R805 for a basic gel manicure and pedicure, which included the removal of gel from her feet. I find this pricing to be excessive, particularly when compared to other salons and nail bars in the area, where similar services are generally priced up to R650. Given that the service provided was no different from what we normally received at other establishments, I believe the charges at Mani & Pedi Tygervalley are unjustifiable. This significant price discrepancy raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of their pricing structure. I am considering escalating this matter under the Consumer Protection Act, as I feel that the prices charged do not align with the standard of service provided and may constitute overcharging

I have been to Mani Pedi in Blue Route Mall recently and I want to commend them for their kind and friendly service. They had so much patience with my kids (3 of them) and my parents joined for a pedicure. The staff made us feel at home and comfortable in their space ,drinks were offered and a cappuccino on the house. Every step of the grooming process we were allowed to ask questions and the staff ,each one of them made a personal connection with us ,explaining the product and what can be done for future. Thank you ladies more companies should have their staff trained to give a personal touch and have a friendly approach when servicing their clients Our nails were done very beautifully and the pedicures were executed to our expectations I fully recommend the Mani Pedi group not for ladies only but your whole family Well done!

I went to ManiPedi on Sunday, 10 March 2024. I was in desperate need of a massage. I didn't have a booking. I did a walk-in and they accommodated me immediately. I was so chuffed. I asked for the 30 minute back, neck & shoulder massage but I think my masseuse lady massaged me longer than the 30 minutes. It's such an affordable price and I feel I got more out of it than what I paid for. My masseuse was so good and very attentive to my needs. I even paid less than what I saw on the website. Top notch service and value for money. I'll definitely be back.

I bought Dermafix products by the ManiPedi store Somerset West Mall branch. After purchasing them, I spoke with the consultant and she recommended me a different cleanser to the one I purchased. after 4 days I had severe breakout, I went back to the store and without giving me any sample products she said it will go away, that was the Friday, it became worse over the weekend, I went back the Monday and she was on a bathroom break and left my number, she however didn't give me a call back. I eventually emailed Dermafix the company itself and was told to go back and get some sample products, I did. I spoke with someone else, when I asked about the return policy of the cleanser she gave me 100 reasons why it couldn't be the cleanser. I have used this product before and I know that the cleanser is making my skin dry, where as the cleanser I purchased originally works better. I have left my details with ManiPedi last week Wednesday and a week later no call back. I also left me details on email for Dermafix and no 1 has emailed back or contacted me back. I have spent money on something I can't used, that I didn't buy, but was recommended and now no one seems to wanna tell me or show me their return policies, what kind of business are you running??? This is my face and the only one I will ever have, if your products have a bad reaction on a person's skin, you as a institution should refund the customer, other spaces does it... Why not you?

I went to ManiPedi in Somerset West Mall for an eyebrow wax today (2 August 2021). At first when I walked in the staff were at the back on their phones. I was greeted as usual and then when I got called into the salon for the wax there were no atmosphere for relaxing there were no music playing as there usually are in any other salons. O felt that the lady that did my eyebrows just ruahed the whole thing and she didn't even put anything soothing on afterwards. When I got back home I felt something on my face and little ateings of wax was still on my face. Very unhappy with the service. Very shocked. Definitely would not recommend ManiPedi to ANYONE.
