I have been to Mani Pedi in Blue Route Mall recently and I want to commend them for their kind and friendly service. They had so much patience with my kids (3 of them) and my parents joined for a pedicure. The staff made us feel at home and comfortable in their space ,drinks were offered and a cappuccino on the house. Every step of the grooming process we were allowed to ask questions and the staff ,each one of them made a personal connection with us ,explaining the product and what can be done for future. Thank you ladies more companies should have their staff trained to give a personal touch and have a friendly approach when servicing their clients Our nails were done very beautifully and the pedicures were executed to our expectations I fully recommend the Mani Pedi group not for ladies only but your whole family Well done!
I have had the most terrible service from the aktv staff. I had booked a stay at the resort while on the call the clerk confirms yiu are an active member etc. Little did i know membership was cancelled november already. I was then sent an updated booking advising i owe more money i then got a call from membership manager apparently the manager can offer me a voucher an a active membership if i agree to the X amount, i was so disgusted to think they classify every client to want to dip discounts and vouchers out of them i didnt want any sort of compensation i wanted to pay the amount i was initially confirmed by on, 2 occasions telephonically and on a call back occasion from a clerk. The front desk manager has the audacity to advise her staff that there is no need to listen to any of the recordings where her staff communicated false information to a client That is very incompetent as a business this is your first call to a member and if the info given at that point is incorrect all else will fail Im dissapointed in the service you offer your clients Goudini. Im a loyal client who visits your resort on a anual basis please step up your game you will lose many clients!!!
