No response from Company

I purchased Transistors on Monday 11 March 2024. E-mailed proof of payment e-mailed again Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday no response from them at all. I also sent Whats-up and the company does not even open the whats-up message. Very poor service as the Company feels nothing for clients. What else can one do to get a Company to ack your purchase . This is crazy
