I have been waiting for a refund since 25 April, i have been in talks with Caroline Moleleki who said they was a back lock of credit, she only respond when she wants, i cant get hold of her over the phone and still waiting for a reply if the refund has been process she has since not rep**** to my question.... can i have my money back

I purchased a PC fan, and had questions as to why it was not working, emailed Nanda, she responded immediately, and after seeing photos of how it was connected, they responded that they are sending a new tested fan immediately. Great customer service, will definitely recommend them.

Then i was told the counter sales were not important to company..was told they have 3 pickers for counter sales, and I was the third client to place an order..whilst I was there.. It's disgusting that we travel to the mantech electronics pty ltd office .. to buy spares.. and told the company interests only in online sales..and not counter sales... Very sad with replies I got counter employees.. Will not support this company..online or counter sales.. His reply. I am saddened to hear this.. I believe there is a lot of un satisfaction at your company.. My intentions were never to get grant dismissed.. I have dealt with for many years.. I believe the picking staff should be held accountable for the slow service.. Grant is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.. I believe it's his frustration with ..management to listening to counter sales.and try resolve the problems.. Management should be open minded.. trying to improve the turn around time.. waiting an hour is not acceptable.. It's the system as a whole that is not operating correctly.. This is the case since 2003. The company does have some excellent traits however. What the public doesn't recognise is the only 4 people in the front that they get to see actually service walk in clients, telephone requests, email and Web orders for counter requests, deliveries, collections and courier sales. A tall order working on 2nd hand equipment and sparce support in front of clients. These reviews like this one from Nick are very important and actually do provide all companies the opportunity to positively change processes and sometimes maybe improve management culture too. What isn't being mentioned here is I told Nick very specifically that over the years I helped in all of the facets in sales over 20 years including the online sales profiling and support technically. That Nanda exclusively promotes the web saled to a turnover of around 14Million/ month. That the counter makes maybe 1.5M and compared to the telesales is costing the company more than it brings in. That what he was demaniding from the front counter was not possible under the current format because the online/collection and deliveries was everything to their income model at the time. That all the picking and other support resources were projected to online sales and for years he has regarded telesales as his staff and blatently disregarded the front counter as mine. They charged me for bringing the company into disrepute and when I explained myself would not hear a thing I wanted to say. I then asked Nanda to stop haggling me whilst trying to read Nick''s complaint that I hadn't seen and he refused so I said either he step out of the office or I stop the chsrge process and he refused so I walked out.in short I eventually told Natacha I was going to get a lawyer friend and come back. On the way home I received a whatsapp from Natacha with the charges changed and included in threats of assault. OK, my point is that customers have experienced overwhelming politeness everywhere throughout their dealings but this is the culture of the business that is slowly losing their oldest clients. When clients bring issues to their attention that is of technical matters sometimes they deviate from data specifics and clients either leave or tolerate them because they now have this monopoly. Same behaviour. Manny knows all of this as always as he can always rely on "his community" for support, witnesses and pressure on the staff through customer communication. You know , "Mzala Mzalas". He has a really outstanding business model but along the way projection and transferrence has caused the company to disregard the electronics level clients firstly by moving away to Gosforth and erratic pricing for low income students and clients wishing to start a career in this field. They will talk about service but at the end of the day only Manny & I used to have the students and technicians needs in mind and not all about Nanda and friends careers. I purchased Transistors on Monday 11 March 2024. E-mailed proof of payment e-mailed again Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday no response from them at all. I also sent Whats-up and the company does not even open the whats-up message. Very poor service as the Company feels nothing for clients. What else can one do to get a Company to ack your purchase . This is crazy

Then i was told the counter sales were not important to company..was told they have 3 pickers for counter sales, and I was the third client to place an order..whilst I was there.. It's disgusting that we travel to the Mantech Electronics Ptt Ltd office .. to buy spares.. and told the company interests only in online sales..and not counter sales... Very sad with replies I got counter employees.. Will not support this company..online or counter sales.. His reply. I am saddened to hear this.. I believe there is a lot of un satisfaction at your company.. My intentions were never to get grant dismissed.. I have dealt with for many years.. I believe the picking staff should be held accountable for the slow service.. Grant is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.. I believe it's his frustration with ..management to listening to counter sales.and try resolve the problems.. Management should be open minded.. trying to improve the turn around time.. waiting an hour is not acceptable.. It's the system as a whole that is not operating correctly.. Company to blame not a person.. Cheers nick The Management cleverly deny any of this and squarely always blame counter staff. I have been charged with a few defamatory allegations including threats to assault because I crxpped on Management for claiming I brought the company into disrepute. They literally steam rolled over me and my 3 sales clerks. They informed me to pack my stuff as I was under suspension. From the exaggerated charges I am already fired. For that reason I'm going to add this in context so hopefully it will bring positive results. I always answer the client's complaints as honestly as possible. The move to Gosforth brought chaos since January 2023 and I have always informed everyone that shops there exactly what is happening and why so that they don't become .......... too irritated. Almost everyone understands. Anyone, anywhere that has known me at the counter providing service over the last 20yrs/(3 days sick leave)/(up to 9hrs a day working) at mantech can contact me on my Facebook page & I can publish the charges etc whatsapped to me. I may even still assist you with advice. The only 4 people facing the clients continually experiece verbal abuse throughout the year & complaints of all mantech issues with little backing from the process dictated to the stores. This is the case since 2003. The company does have some excellent traits however. What the public doesn't recognise is the only 4 people in the front that they get to see actually service walk in clients, telephone requests, email and Web orders for counter requests, deliveries, collections and courier sales. A tall order working on 2nd hand equipment and sparce support in front of clients. These reviews like this one from Nick are very important and actually do provide all companies the opportunity to positively change processes and sometimes maybe improve management culture too.
