The worst courier company service, they send an sms that a delivery will be done today, I take the day off, only to realise that no one pitches, again the following day, no one despite tracking the item, out for delivery, 3rd day the tracking states consignee not available, which is a lie, as our security did not even call nor allow any skynet in, no call to me either. Their "customer DON'T care" line just rings and message stating that the ''call is NOT important to us" for hours on end without answer.
I purchased a PC fan, and had questions as to why it was not working, emailed Nanda, she responded immediately, and after seeing photos of how it was connected, they responded that they are sending a new tested fan immediately. Great customer service, will definitely recommend them.
With the current breach of security, which Std Bank is denying, all of my wife’s money was ****** from Brazil. She spent two full days trying to get hold of the ***** department, never answering, branch refused to help. Now I get an sms on my phone demanding payment by 6/7 for her Standard Bank account which is over limit, Seriously, first you allow your clients money to be ****** then you demand payment? Never seen such arrogance and incompetence in my life.
