Still waiting for somebody to come back to me iy.s now 5 weeks but no DSTV feels nothing
DSTV They promise / inform you that they will get back to you regarding the renewal / increase in Monthly Fees but no they feel nothing for their clients. Yes they take your money but what do we get in Return Repeats and more repeats. Pity they hold the TRUMP card for Sport if is was not for that then yes I would have left DSTV.
Price increase but all we get are repeats and more repeats. You try and contact DSTV they promise to come back to you but no just like the repeats they repeat promises but nothing no return call just empty promises but they want your money but you only get repeats and more repeats.
Repeats and more Repeats but price increase: This is the 3rd time I am trying to get an answer asto why is there a Price increase but we get so many repeats not new stuff at all: Who wants to watch Suvivour from another country who wants to watch a cake bake off from another country who wants to watch a cooking competion from another country come on show us some decent stuff.
Wow where do we start: They cancel Channels repeats repeats and more repeats and now they want to increase monthly fees. Come on DSTV you can offer more but no you offer less so why increase we need a decrease in fees due to so many repeats no decent movies so get your act together
I have reported Vodacom here last week and a person from Vodacom said they will get back to me so now I write again as nobody has come back phoned - e-mailed etc. So yes my problems continue and Vodacom does nothing once again. They take for cash but they don't give the service you pay for.
It's frustrating you pay for a service but you get no service: I have sent 4 e-mailes to Customer care but nobody gets back to you: When Vodacom phones because you go Via this system they are upset: But their own Customer Service system gets no response: I have compalined and complained about poor DATA reception in my area but I get no satisfaction from Vodacom at all: Nothing no feedback just BLANK Response. Is this fair you pay for a service they take you money but you don't get what you pay for is this fair.
Vodacom: Friday 31 October 2025 Vodacom went off-line at 18H00 and only came back on on Monday 3rd November at 14H15 Tuesday night 4th November 2025 Vodacom went off-line again and only came back on at 10H20 on 5th November 2025," Is this fair a paying service but Vodacom cannot supply what we are paying for. NOT FAIR. No compensation nop sorry no nothing. Not fair at all
Customercare e-Mail does not work either hence this media It has now been 2 weeks that we here in Bethulie are having such poor Vodacom reception. The system is moreoff than on: 31 October off from 18H00 and still off at 06H00 on 01 November 2025. It is the End of the Month and start of November we need to do Internet payments etc but NO Vodacom has other IDEAS for it's clients, System came back on @ 11H45 SAturday Morning CRAZY I pay good money for what Vodacom is supposed to give uninterrupted service. But NO Vodacom is unable to supply this. Since 21 October 2025 Vodacom system has been off and on sometimes the system is off for a few hours then comes on: But it is frustrating. You can check your systems and you can see that Bethulie is effected badly. I feel I need to send this e-mail to the Consumer Protection Board as well. I pay monthly without fail but Vodacom is unable to supply uninterrupted service to me. Maybe I should pay Vodacom how you supply me with your service. Like Now and again, One day R10 next day R5 next day nothing etc. Is this fair no I don't think so. Please get you Tower service fixed in Bethulie. Please, please can you get your Technection to resolve this issue, I need a refund for the times Vodacom could not supply me with what I pay for.
Hi I posted about S-Volt quite a few weeks ago nobody came back to me so I recommend you stay away from S-Volt products Warranty means nothing You get the product but you sit with the problem. Don't waste your money on S-volt buy other brands and check first for decent goods
