Extremely Poor and ********* Service from Manuflo

I’ve had nothing but problems with Manuflo. Their service is unreliable and completely unprofessional. The meters they install keep dying, and instead of fixing or replacing them properly, they overcharge residents for their own technical faults.

They even went as far as loading electricity twice on my account, only to later switch off my power to bully me into paying for mistakes caused by their own incompetence. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Every time there’s an issue, there’s no proper explanation, no accountability, and no urgency to resolve it. As paying residents, we shouldn’t be suffering because of their poor systems and lack of responsibility.

Manuflo needs to be investigated for how they treat people and how they handle billing. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their actions are dishonest.
