I’ve had nothing but problems with Manuflo. Their service is unreliable and completely unprofessional. The meters they install keep dying, and instead of fixing or replacing them properly, they overcharge residents for their own technical faults. They even went as far as loading electricity twice on my account, only to later switch off my power to bully me into paying for mistakes caused by their own incompetence. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Every time there’s an issue, there’s no proper explanation, no accountability, and no urgency to resolve it. As paying residents, we shouldn’t be suffering because of their poor systems and lack of responsibility. Manuflo needs to be investigated for how they treat people and how they handle billing. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their actions are dishonest.
I’m really disappointed with the fibre service. It hasn’t been working since last night, and the whole day today there’s been no connection at all. This makes it extremely difficult to work from home. What’s even more frustrating is that despite paying every month for this service, there’s no proper assistance when you report the issue. The WhatsApp support keeps saying someone will be sent, but no one ever comes. It feels like we’re paying for a service we’re not getting, and there’s no accountability or urgency to fix the problem.
You will run around like a headless chicken looking for connection cause suddenly the last corner where you used to get connection now no longer works. Such an inconvenience can’t even enjoy video calls cause network is poor.
Sent a message on twitter complaining about poor network connectivity after I logged a ticket on their app with no help , someone called me and said a technician will be sent to help me this was on the 28 November 2024 I’ve been waiting till today I have network that’s in and off but I pay for this service monthly without fail. Clearly I’m being taken advantage of cause this doesn’t make sense I keep restarting the router but it works for 2 minutes and then it stops
Unable to log into the app , they got the incorrect colour of my car and the address as well.
I’m suffering can’t make a withdrawal of my investment and not getting any help I sent emails I called no one is attending to me. The app refuses to work their WhatsApp number keeps giving an error that they can’t find my ID but every month they deduct my money from my account without fail
My mother mistakenly paid a few thousands extra for her account and she was asked to send an email with proof of payment and ID which she did , when she called for a follow up she was told they didn’t receive the email. I sent the mail again today and she called to find out if they received it and when can she expect feedback they rudely told her they will get the email Monday cause today it’s Friday and they already knocked of. What kind of service is this?? Is this how are parents are being ****med simple cause they don’t understand technology better? Why would an email reach them on Monday simply cause it was sent Friday???
You will suffer! No network connectivity for hours on end you will move the router in all the corners of the house nothing when you complain they pretend to be helping you but they don’t cause hours later you still have to run around the house looking for network connectivity until you give up.
I have been complaining for as long as I remember and they just pretend to assist but they don’t really cause it’s not like at the end of the day I still get the service that I pay for. The network connection is so poor with only my phone and tv connected it’s poor even when my tv is off it never works . I’m forever moving the router trying to find better connection which will last at least an hour at most then back to no connection or extremely poor connection. I regret ever moving to rain cause this cannot be life it’s frustrating cause you can’t even do school work with connection that’s forever offline and the agents tell you to restart as if you haven’t done it already .
Please kindly advise if you want to provide me with a service I am paying for or do I need to find another provider , I’m here almost every month asking for connection and seems you guys don’t even care
