I’ve had nothing but problems with Manuflo. Their service is unreliable and completely unprofessional. The meters they install keep dying, and instead of fixing or replacing them properly, they overcharge residents for their own technical faults. They even went as far as loading electricity twice on my account, only to later switch off my power to bully me into paying for mistakes caused by their own incompetence. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Every time there’s an issue, there’s no proper explanation, no accountability, and no urgency to resolve it. As paying residents, we shouldn’t be suffering because of their poor systems and lack of responsibility. Manuflo needs to be investigated for how they treat people and how they handle billing. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their actions are dishonest.

I am able to message on whatsup if I have a problem and get a qucik reply. But i dont like the R70 fixed charge per month. There is already a 10 % service charge every time you buy electricy. what a *******. Also i get billed for water and dont have any proof or reciept of how much water im using.

Manuflo meter management are a bunch of ************s. Since mid March 2025, their app has been showing exorbitant amounts of water usage from my unit, which I never used. The service was abysmal (Priscilla was the employee in charge of my case) as there were always excuses for not attending to my query promptly. In a matter of 2 weeks, I was charged over 3 times the usual amount I pay for water monthly. Interestingly, it seems their ******ion attempt coincides with the closing of their financial year end. Steer clear of these ****mers.

Manuflo meter management are a bunch of ************s. Since mid March 2025, their app has been showing exorbitant amounts of water usage from my unit, which I never used. The service was abysmal (Priscilla was the employee in charge of my case) as there were always excuses for not attending to my query promptly. In a matter of 2 weeks, I was charged over 3 times the usual amount I pay for water monthly. Interestingly, it seems their ******ion attempt coincides with the closing of their financial year end. Steer clear of these ****mers.

You get to be charged for water you didn't use, even the meter shows that the App is over billing. Priscilla and Hank are ignoring queries as they ***** from customers. I am about to face lights out with an infant that just got discharged from Icu. I guess we going to go back to hospital as we don't have anymore funds to load. Today the App claims I've utilized 3278 liters while we woke up to no water in the area.

Manuflo has one of the worst and unreliable systems for electricity. Every single week they have the same excuse and I quote from a message from one of the employees “As is your right sir. Just bear in mind that there are external factors that are out of our control that can affect your meter as well”. I’ve waited over an hour and more constantly, but they never fix this issue. We are expected to pay this high rates but then when it’s time for Manuflo to do their job they are a no show. On top of that, instead of them having their system operating properly they have the custom such as myself manually send them the reference so that they can record the reference and go through the the process. What ******* is that, fix your systems with the money we put in your guys pockets.

Horrible experience with the Bloemfontein branch! I stay alone and spend over R2000 electricity every month! Mind u me, im not even home from 7:30 till 5pm! What a ripoff!!!!!
