Misrepresentation and CPA Non-Compliance
I bought a firm mattress from Boksburg. The mattress advertised online was not available for testing, but we tested a mattress that I was told is similar in comfort. But when I tested it at home, it was very hard and not as comfortable as tested it in the store. I did not purchase a mattress cover, but put my own cover and sheet on it. I was told they cannot replace it due to the fact that I did not buy a mattress protector. I feel I was misled about the similarity of the bed. If I wanted to exchange i have to pay the delivery cost and the admin fee of R1000

mixed feeling about service and fees
I am able to message on whatsup if I have a problem and get a qucik reply. But i dont like the R70 fixed charge per month. There is already a 10 % service charge every time you buy electricy. what a *******. Also i get billed for water and dont have any proof or reciept of how much water im using.

no answer on new account
I paid for a new service and uploaded my proof of residence. I then got an sms to say that they cannot proceed as the address is not the same. This is because I moved to a new address. I attached a new letter to confirm my address and both my tickets have not been answered. Nobody responds on whatsup or on facebook or the ticket. Quick service and help
I would like to give a good report from Tpn,.. I got a free report and noticed my score was bad. It was showing late payment. I contacted golden homes and they correct the payment . I then asked for an updated report and got one the next day. Thanks for the quick response and turn around. Thanks to agent- Desire Kromhout

The money Hungry church
I attended this church for about 4 years. I enjoyed the worship and preaching. But I noticed some false doctrine and manipulation techniques to get people to tithe and sow seed. The pastors live lavish life styles and fly first class on the people tithes. I started hearing the pastors preach that you must secure your salvation with the tithe. This is totally unbiblical from mainstream Christianity. I had a meeting with a certain pastor to discuss this, and was told salvation is free but to keep your salvation you must tithe and if I'm not happy I can leave. So be careful of these cult like tactics. Are they after money and not souls. ?Beware if you dont want spiritual abuse. !

prepaid online system not working properly.
My frustration is with the prepaid website. If you buy electricity sometimes the system does not generate a token. Then I have to call them and get the token number. They told me i must buy on a banking app or from the shops. They dont release that you get less units this way. When are they going to fix this system and update it , so that you can see the tokens online.

late checks and audits delays studies
I have a good and bad experience with Stadio. Its seems like you are responsible for your own studies, So if you dont enrol in the correct modules. The onus is on you. There is late feedback/ audits. I dont expect an answer from Stadio, as I already got one. Im just warning the public .This has cost me money and time.

no battery backup
Im in the Waldorf flats in BOKSBURG. And the fibre does not have a battery back up . I have been speaking to the body corporate and ITTX for two years. When there is load shedding the fibre goes off..They say they cant fix it. .

wors and mince meat taste horrible
I like food lovers for its veg and fruit. But the wors and mince are low quality and tastes like dog meat. I don't know what they put in there but it tastes horrible. I rather go buy proper worse from pick n pay and the price is about the same
