I placed and paid for my order around 19 November, including a R120 delivery fee for delivery within 2–3 working days. Today is 19 December, and I still have not received my order.
Despite countless follow-ups, I am repeatedly told the order is “on the way” and sent the same processing screenshots, yet nothing ever arrives. A full month later, this reflects extremely poor service, misleading communication, and honestly feels like a ****.
It is clear that one unsatisfied client means nothing to you
