I placed and paid for my order around 19 November, including a R120 delivery fee for delivery within 2–3 working days. Today is 19 December, and I still have not received my order. Despite countless follow-ups, I am repeatedly told the order is “on the way” and sent the same processing screenshots, yet nothing ever arrives. A full month later, this reflects extremely poor service, misleading communication, and honestly feels like a ****. It is clear that one unsatisfied client means nothing to you
I currently work for a competitor, and I must commend your team on the consistently excellent service I receive whenever I submit a claim. The professionalism and efficiency displayed are truly top-notch. I did have a challenging interaction with one of your investigators, Mr. Ronald Botes, who came across as quite assertive during our discussion. While the experience was a bit uncomfortable, I understand his approach given the circumstances and the nature of my claim. That said, I would like to extend special recognition to your advisor, Mr. Joseph Kabini, for his outstanding service. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to assist went above and beyond my expectations — he truly exemplifies exceptional customer service. It’s reassuring to know that one can rely on such dedicated professionals when it comes to handling important matters. Please extend my appreciation to your team for their continued commitment to excellent service
Do your self a favour and not be fooled believe the social media complaints… worst service ever
This is probably the most useless insurance company in history! I can't believe it took me FOUR attempts just to reach your call center after waiting for 30 minutes! When I finally got through, your team couldn't even verify my identity using my ID number. I was told there are different schemes, and I have to confirm which one I'm on. What if I didn’t have access to my emails? How was I supposed to prove who I am? This whole process is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable! .. please cancel my policy and refund all my premiums .. clearly I’m paying for air
The worst bank to deal with when it comes to assisting you with any query, every month I must call your useless call centre and continuously be put on hold with no assistance.. I regret choosing you to finance my house!
Worst company to ever buy from!! , I order early August and till to date my order hasn’t been delivered.. this company is a ****, don’t bother ordering from them
I’m really starting to get a lil irritated with Nedbank when it comes to my home loan. I’m a new owner and would really appreciate if you guys would handle my queries with a bit of efficiency as already being a new owner is stressing enough and don’t need the stress from my finance house when it comes to my queries. I don’t understand how no one can explain why my instalment increased with the recent reduction in Repo rate and not decrease, it’s the same as last month when I called to inquire about my debit order, I was sent from pillar to post being told to hold for a specialist that I’m transferred too and I was transferred to a point where even now , I still didn’t get the answer. I’m always calling your call centre and no one ever gives me the answer I need, instead you keep transferring to your “specialist “ that I never speak too or get any answer, I just wanna know why my instalment went up instead of down with the new change in Repo rate,
Don’t ever consider taking cover with innovation, the day you want to cancel your policy they will send you from pillar to post. I don’t understand why is it that I called innovation to set up a policy and now when I want to cancel I’m being sent back and forth to my finance house. Firstly they don’t tell you that when you take the cover, it will be until the duration of your finance, secondly it’s a nightmare when you want to cancel and your sales consultant ain’t helping with their lack of knowledge. Nedbank and innovation I don’t understand why am I being still debited for a cancelled policy!
You guys have the worst service ever. Why am I double debited for the same two service plans and when I call to inquire I’m told I have a capitalised plan , that’s included with my finance house. I don’t understand how I can’t cancel a mere policy, that I called innovation to cancel my self, even worse your call centre agents are useless. Don’t ever take cover with them !
