Pathetic service!!

The challenges of supporting a small business is dealing with incompetent people who are not even ashamed of their behavior, they are just after money ,than protecting the image of their so called 'business'..

I have placed an order with these people i will refer to them as people because when i raise my concern i deal with different people who know nothing but to blame shift.. They lack communication skills and respect for their customers.. No etiquette at all..

I saw their page on Instagram selling beauty products, then i placed an order on the 26 Nov 2021 with the order number 1387

I received my order however it was packaged incomplete with no Note of apology , i informed them ,I've been enquiring with them to date i have not yet received my missing item...

They keep telling me they will send it but nothing as yet..
