Good day halo Peter I would like to lay a complain regarding jet store, I just recently find out that am paying a policy with out my concern, I have been paying so many years and I did not sign any legal documents or any agreement, kindly assist me because I tried to talk to one of the consultants but she dropped a call on me hence am approaching you to help me and I want my money all of it since from day 1, please help, my name is Beauty Modisane 5711230744085

I bought a fridge sometime last year February or march. I don’t have a slip anymore and it still have guarantee. The 1st lady I spoken to in the shop was not willing to assist. I was given attitude and incorrect information that the slip cannot be retrieved and all that. The 2nd lady advised the 1st on to follow process then I was referred to Precious Nkosi after waiting for more than an hour. Instead of her assisting me she also gave me attitude and was not willing to help me. She was asking me stupid questions and even said she can’t assist me without a slip whereby I purchased the fridge from you guy.i insisted on leaving the store without being assisted then she came back to me to say I will forward an email on your behalf. I asked her to cc me on the email, and I still haven’t received anything communication from her even a phone call that she promised she will make. My fridge is now stinking, and my grocery is rotten. Its more thank 3weeks now this has been escalated, and no one is getting back to me.

I do not appreciate how the centre management is handling the E-hailing rides and taxi association situation. We cannot be bul**** or dictated by taxi drivers not use e-hailing rides as Maponya customers and the centre is not doing anything about it. Customer's rights are being violated by taxi drivers and nothing is being done about by the centre.

I went to Pep Maponya mall and got a very disgusting and rude cashier, I was there to do a pexi when I was enquiring about it, I asked her how much was the pexi, she was on her phone didn't even look at me, her attitude was really annoying and rude, her name is LEBOHANG no customer service

Honestly I regret going to maponya Mall hauwei store and take a contract I'll never go there anymore an I'll never recommend anyone to make a deal with them At 1st they clone the with there display display phone my phone was playing advert day and an night I was so annoyed I had to take the phone back an they refuse to give me transport money for there mistake that they did I'm still saying I regret taking this device at maponya Mall hauwei store They lady never explain any T&Cs nothing 1st installment R448 when I go to store an ask about this installment she said she forgot to tell me about the fee like what the **** is that how can you forget your job while the customer it's infront of you I hate that store ever PLEASE WHO EVER READ THIS AVOID GOING TO MAPONYA MALL HUAWEI STORE use alternative if possible you will regret it's my 1st month but it's enough already 👺👹😡
