Unknown policy

Good day again, I wrote a review sometime last year about a policy that I never signed for, Jet Maponya mall promised to call me and solve the issue till today I never received any call from them, I'll be taking legal actions against them because clearly they not prepared to solve this issue and give me back all money that I paid unknowingly, they opened a policy without my concerned, I regard this as a *****, my contact details are as follows Beauty Modisane ***

Policy review at Jet store

Good day halo Peter I would like to lay a complain regarding jet store, I just recently find out that am paying a policy with out my concern, I have been paying so many years and I did not sign any legal documents or any agreement, kindly assist me because I tried to talk to one of the consultants but she dropped a call on me hence am approaching you to help me and I want my money all of it since from day 1, please help, my name is Beauty Modisane ***

Data subscription

My name is Thabo I opened an account at Mr price maponya an I was offered airtime n data for 150 every month then went n canceled it because they **** they were only loading data, I just found out that they didn't cancek the subscription an they say I owe them 800 now kindly assist me with this situation, I don't want their data subscription anymore because I pay every month but the account goes up, I only bought clothes for R600 while ago paying every month but they say I owe them 800 because of data subscription that I took n canceled it, only to find out that it's still active

Fraud

My mother had a burial policy with them, the canceled it after a long time, then they decided to open several policies with out her permission, she's been paying the account but it doesn't decrease because of the policy that she has joined without her permission or rather not knowing that's she's paying them
