I bought a fridge sometime last year February or march. I don’t have a slip anymore and it still have guarantee. The 1st lady I spoken to in the shop was not willing to assist. I was given attitude and incorrect information that the slip cannot be retrieved and all that. The 2nd lady advised the 1st on to follow process then I was referred to Precious Nkosi after waiting for more than an hour. Instead of her assisting me she also gave me attitude and was not willing to help me. She was asking me stupid questions and even said she can’t assist me without a slip whereby I purchased the fridge from you guy.i insisted on leaving the store without being assisted then she came back to me to say I will forward an email on your behalf. I asked her to cc me on the email, and I still haven’t received anything communication from her even a phone call that she promised she will make. My fridge is now stinking, and my grocery is rotten. Its more thank 3weeks now this has been escalated, and no one is getting back to me.

worst service received .i did a payment on the 27/05/2025 and still waiting for the results.i did a follow up last week thursday and was promised that i will receive the results within 48hours. suddenly a consulted contact me and ask to forward POP i did, but shes still coming up with stories that doesnt make sense. she said i loaded the beneficiary incorrect i was suppose to use their account number instead of the ID number where it ask for ref/account. the beneficiary is a listed is listed in every bank and i followed the instructions on the invoice received from them she said can see the payment but the money has bounced back to my account. i need to submit those details as they are pending because of somebody who dont want to do the work
On the 2 April I had the worst service ever at protea glen mall Debonairs. I mistakenly ordered food for collection instead of delivery. When I called to correct that I was told that bikes are not available so I will have to come and collect it. Laurain confirmed that the order is ready I want wait when I get there. I got there and mlungisi took my order and gave it to some guy for uber eats. When laurain stopped him and asked him to bring back the order as it belongs to me he said I will wait because even that guy ordered. Meanwhile he’s saying that he was laughing and making fun of it. No apology or anything apart from telling me that they are preparing it for me so i must wait. Pizza wasn’t nice and was even cold .

Worst service and customer satisfaction. I didn’t lose it but my item was stole and I reported it immediately. The stuff members said to me there’s nothing they can do about it and they can’t go and check the footage. A lot of excuses that doesn’t make sense. They don’t care about people and their belongings
Bad service, bad customer satisfaction . We took dna tests in October 2024 and the results are still not received. It’s hard to get hold of you and your staff are providing bad service to your clients . I need to submit the information to magistrate court. You guys are wasting my time or just refund me
Worst service ever and disgusting customer satisfaction. I did a payment in September and never received any service. I requested for payment reversal, documents were submitted as requested. I was advised that TAT is 8 weeks and it’s now 4 months I’m still waiting and when doing follow up you get the same story everyday. I want my money back.they don’t care about clients they enjoy taking peoples money and make empty promises.
im trying to get my statement results and no one is assisting even tried to use your whatsapp im still waiting for an agent to get back to me .phone is ringing no one is answering and no one is responding to emails . i really that please assist
Bad service I’m receiving since from October. I never missed and every month I recieve suspend messages and emails. Every month I’m asked to send through statements and proof of payment. Every month I’m being told the same thing that payment is located and you will never receive the messages. My service is suspended and no one is helping. Bad customer satisfaction.
