I bought a fridge sometime last year February or march. I don’t have a slip anymore and it still have guarantee. The 1st lady I spoken to in the shop was not willing to assist. I was given attitude and incorrect information that the slip cannot be retrieved and all that. The 2nd lady advised the 1st on to follow process then I was referred to Precious Nkosi after waiting for more than an hour. Instead of her assisting me she also gave me attitude and was not willing to help me. She was asking me stupid questions and even said she can’t assist me without a slip whereby I purchased the fridge from you guy.i insisted on leaving the store without being assisted then she came back to me to say I will forward an email on your behalf. I asked her to cc me on the email, and I still haven’t received anything communication from her even a phone call that she promised she will make. My fridge is now stinking, and my grocery is rotten. Its more thank 3weeks now this has been escalated, and no one is getting back to me.
