On 26 Jan I notified them that I need a certain tablet to be included in my next delivery. Nothing. Then I mailed them on 17 Feb and the response was 'Please be advised your account overdue for 30 days for further assistance please settle the account'. This 'outstanding amount' was for medication that they did NOT deliver. They claimed from my medical aid right on time and expected the co-payment for something not yet received. I mailed them again on 21 Feb detailing when the medication and invoice arrived, after that I made payment. No response whatsoever. I've been without this medication for over a month now. Do they care? Absolutely not! Bonitas is really punishing us with this 'pharmacy'. They are causing me more stress than anything else. I wonder if they is operating from someone's backyard!
