On 26 Jan I notified them that I need a certain tablet to be included in my next delivery. Nothing. Then I mailed them on 17 Feb and the response was 'Please be advised your account overdue for 30 days for further assistance please settle the account'. This 'outstanding amount' was for medication that they did NOT deliver. They claimed from my medical aid right on time and expected the co-payment for something not yet received. I mailed them again on 21 Feb detailing when the medication and invoice arrived, after that I made payment. No response whatsoever. I've been without this medication for over a month now. Do they care? Absolutely not! Bonitas is really punishing us with this 'pharmacy'. They are causing me more stress than anything else. I wonder if they is operating from someone's backyard!
Marara Pharmacy can't get anything right! I'm so fed up to have to deal with this *********** bunch. Two weeks ago I put in a request on your web chat service to exclude a tablet, then on 27 Sept you claimed for it from Bonitas - *****! Now I phoned it, was put on hold till the line died. I'm not paying for that table and I'm going to report you to Bonitas for a *****ulent claim. My query is still not resolved!!!!!!!
Bonitas - you did us dirty but putting us with Marara Pharmacy. You paid them for my chronic meds on 11/08/2025 and there's no sign of delivery. I'm 3 days without treatment. What are you going to do about this??? Do you even see the same type of complaints about them?
I'm so tired of this pharmacy. My chronic was approved on 17/07/2025, Marara claimed successfully on 11/08/2025 and haven't delivered my meds. I've been 3 days without it. I called twice and they said they'll escalate it. I've had issues from day 1 with this *********** bunch. Who will be held responsible for my break in treatment? You've collected the money without delivering - that's theft!
Yesterday evening I got a notification of a suspicious online purchase on my credit card. I didn't get notification of the actual purchase. I didn't even get a notification to authorize the purchase whereas I usually am asked to authorize for smaller amounts. This was over R5000 with absolutely no notification, just a suspicion after the fact. I blocked my card and called the ***** division who opened the case. They said it will take 7 - 30 working days and I don't think that's an acceptable time-frame considering this is a breach with the FNB app. I have all my business with FNB but my online purchases can't be protected. The payment went off silently and I must wait this long. My salary gets paid this week. Is it even safe??? FNB allowed this purchase with no security measures in place. Now I am liable for this purchase, I will have to pay the interest on it as well. Maybe it's time to move all my business away from an unsafe bank. I need answers and a resolution now!!!
The only way to get any response from Marara is to complain here. I sent them a mail 1 week ago to find out my co-payment as it was not included with my delivery. I even mailed a lady by the name of Octavia and she also didn't respond. I need to make this co-payment so that they don't withhold my new meds.
Dear Bonitas. You changed me to Marara Pharmacy who don't seem to exist as they never communicate. You also stopped one of my meds with no communication either. Looking at all the reviews, it's highly unlikely that they will delivery my chronic meds on time. Who is the person that will take responsibility when I get sick? You made this decision and you are ghosting me just as they are. You collect my money without fail, without a misstep but now you disappear as you know you messed up by giving this huge responsibility to a fly-by-night pharmacy. I need answers and I need them now. I do not want an apology. I want a reason for the discontinuation of medication and the delivery date of my next round.
So we were unilaterally switched to this pharmacy by Bonitas. I've been trying to make contact with them since December and there's absolutely no feedback. My next round of chronic meds are due soon and I have no idea if I will get them. Looking at all the complaints you guys cannot cope and have not been delivering meds to many people. I'm guessing I'm next in line. Please don't come on this platform and apologise, all I want is a call to arrange my next delivery. If you cannot cope, then notify Bonitas.

When will you have semi-competent people on the app chat? Trying to chat with Dylan from the credit card division is as good as trying to explain to a doorknob. I asked why transactions are pending since June. Was the credit card issue resolved - Dylan asked me to elaborate! My balance is also off and doesn't add up to my original credit amount, Dylan again is confused. Why do you guys waste my time? Reading is a skill and clearly this chat agent doesn't have that skill. If this issue can't be resolved today then I guess it will be goodbye from me. The chat service is more frustrating than anything else. Please read my chat history and tell me what else I could have done to make FNB's job easier, I mean after all, it's not about the client!
