BURNT TONGUE & WRONG ORDER

PSA !!! PLEASE STICK to icecream ONLY. I had the WORST coffee experience yesterday at your Grandwest Marcels branch, including unsatisfactory client experience. No "hello" or "hi". Not a smile in sight.

I would've left this statement, but it's 1 day later and my tongue is still ruined.

First of all, Wrong order (in stead of a cappucino I got a horrible version of an Americano), BOILING HOT coffee. It was undrinkable. Please notify your staff that "coffee temperature" is a thing.

R66 terribly spent!!!! Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF or get better employees. #unhappycustomer
