Marcopolo is dishonest

I have booked between march and February for a vacation to monateng safari lodge from the 11th to the 15th December. I booked 3 units. On the 20th of November i got the email that the company is temporarily closed. Tried calling, tried WhatsApp nothing. I have send email and Instagram but not reply. I have already made arrangements for this trip, paid for transport, booked activities as this was a family outing. No reply nothing
