Absolutely disgusting service from Mariams Kitchen tonight. I placed my 1 Masala Steak sandwich order on UBER and the app stated the order will be ready by 7:30. I called in at 7;50 asking where my food is and spoke to SAMEERA and she nicely told me there were other orders ahead of mine. I then said but your app said food will be delivered by 7:20.....At 8:40 pm Sameera gets the UBER driver to call me and tells me the only thing she can offer me is a Masala steak sandwich that is not toasted or i cancel and that i must still pay the R105 for it. Now come where is the customer service here no she needs to go for customer service lessons because instead of her making me happy all she did was aggravate me. Call me at 8:40 to tell me she has not yet made my sandwich and she can give me a nontoasted sandwich..... What about the UBER guy he waited for an hour and a half .
