Very unhappy that you accepted an order at 13h00 on a Friday and then cancelled it at 15h00. This was on Mr D app. Mr d also politely refunded the money without any reparation. Beyond frustrated. Its now 15h30. I could have cooked. Dont accept orders you cannot fulfill. By rights ur store should be offline in Jumua !

today i got to mariams kitchen kromboom and i ordered a steak decoder sandwich and a steak salomie and a vienna parcel and i have never been happier with the service first of all and the food was splendid recommend anytime friendly staff and the steaks for the salomie and the sandwich was soft and tasty the vienna was fantastic nice meaty not those floury stuff you get at most places keep it up guys you made me one happy customer..

today i got to mariams kitchen kromboom and i ordered a steak decoder sandwich and a steak salomie and a vienna parcel and i have never been happier with the service first of all and the food was splendid recommend anytime friendly staff and the steaks for the salomie and the sandwich was soft and tasty the vienna was fantastic nice meaty not those floury stuff you get at most places keep it up guys you made me one happy customer..

Today late afternoon I was at Mariams Kitchen Kromboom, I actually met a friendly face cashier she's short I cannot get to her name she's the sweetest and for a week I have been seeing her she's super friendly and for the whole week that I've been observing bare in mind Im not the only one seeing this the other cashier named Chantelle but where's a scarf and the other named Faatimah with specs are utterly rude to this girl she has to constantly mop and sweep and they treat her badly in front of customers . They have ****ty attitudes I hope this brings light to this girl and hope she finds a new job where she's appreciated.. ****y attitudes they have this is KROMBOOM and KROMBOOM does not need management like this.. I know the boss with the blue car and i will personally speak to him about what i saw

So this review is not about Kromboom but old mutual/mutual park. I support this business everyday and today for the first time I bought one of their tortillas. I boughy the steak and my friend th chicken. The wraps smelled off'ish and so did my friends. We reported this and the manager and staff said that it wasn't sour and that it was fresh. I was like smell and taste it. They still said it was not off however even my friend, who had a different one, experienced the same. I told the manager it's okay keep the money and left. Besides that, the staff are NEVER friendly, NEVER smiling and has ****ty attitudes everyday not only today yet still I support them but no more. They just lost a loyal customer

It really saddens me to write this as I am a long time - nearly forty years - customer of Mariams and know how much time and effort they have spent developing their brand. However there is no excuse for the experience a had last Wednesday when I drove out of my way to order a steak salomie from Mariams in Athlone. Firstly there were almost no drinks on offer - just a few tins of fruit juice and no Cokes whatsoever. I was the only customer in the place however my salomie took way too long to appear. The manageress brought the salomie to my table in a foam container. I wanted to eat it at the table inside the restaurant, so I asked for some cutlery. There was none - not even a s****. I asked for a plastic fork and was told the there weren't any of those either. The manageress was less than useless so I went looking for a plastic fork myself - eventually finding one at the nearby Spar. On returning to Mariams, I opened my salomie to see that the salad that is usually on top of the meat was not there. I asked the manageress to please rectify this which she did highly reluctantly. I also noticed that the roti had been microwaved - it was hard around the edges and I heard the unmistakable ding of a microwave. All in all a really unpleasent experience made worse by the attitude of this manageress. As I said, for nearly forty years I have been cosistantly surprised my the consistancy of Mariam's food and have eaten dozens and dozens of their delicious salomies. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I most certainly will not be visiting this establishment ever again.

Absolutely disgusting service from Mariams Kitchen tonight. I placed my 1 Masala Steak sandwich order on UBER and the app stated the order will be ready by 7:30. I called in at 7;50 asking where my food is and spoke to SAMEERA and she nicely told me there were other orders ahead of mine. I then said but your app said food will be delivered by 7:20.....At 8:40 pm Sameera gets the UBER driver to call me and tells me the only thing she can offer me is a Masala steak sandwich that is not toasted or i cancel and that i must still pay the R105 for it. Now come where is the customer service here no she needs to go for customer service lessons because instead of her making me happy all she did was aggravate me. Call me at 8:40 to tell me she has not yet made my sandwich and she can give me a nontoasted sandwich..... What about the UBER guy he waited for an hour and a half .
