Very unhappy that you accepted an order at 13h00 on a Friday and then cancelled it at 15h00. This was on Mr D app. Mr d also politely refunded the money without any reparation. Beyond frustrated. Its now 15h30. I could have cooked. Dont accept orders you cannot fulfill. By rights ur store should be offline in Jumua !
After my previous issue, Sage did own up to unfair charges and set the matter straight. I salute business who set their affairs in order and act in good faith. It is a win win when we can trust service providers an they can count on our loyalty. Thank you for restoring my faith in good business practice, Sage !
Sage one accounting is so expensive and the rates are hiked up several times. I eventually left because I was paying R400 a month for recurring invoices. My accountant was relying on my figures to do my tax so all those reports were a complete waste. When I unsub they didn't tell me I needed to cancel my recurring invoices. I had to renew my sub, pay unpaid fees because apparently they keep ur data in a cloud. Had to pay R786 just to go and delete the recurring invoices so they would stop sending it out! Please rather use zoho books for R100 a month! Sage I told you I'd put u on blast !

Very unhappy with the service from the pharmacy. I had a clearly punctured bottle of spersalerg drops which they refused to replace because I didn't bring it back the same day. If you can clearly see a product I'd damaged, why not keep your customer happy? I will go to my small pharmacy from now on.
Wonderful experience with Victor from Latrea handling all related to the demolition of an old bathroom and contracting a lapa and tiled stoep. He even sourced a fantastic granite tile for a fraction of the price and managed the site beautifully especially for weekends while the job was ongoing and we needed to host guests during Ramadan. All I want to do is change my monthly eap limit. It cost me half hour in the queue at the bank. I was still 3 people from the front which hadn't moved I left. Another hour in telephone queue, the business banking side, I can't even get a person to answer. When I call online banking they transfer me to a consultant which guess what, is another automated queue. This is ridiculous standard bank. Can someone please call me and get this done.
Today I toddled back to the bank to wait behind 11 people. I gave up! Incorrect charge for statement still not reversed. R138 X 2. Please reverse this charge and bill me only the R70 I was told I would be billed. Do not promise me that anyone will call because no one has since my first review 3 weeks ago. My account number is 20 026 731 0. I am not interested in a call. I want the charge reversed. Thank you.
