Disappointed in Marijuana SA shop

I have purchased seeds twice from this company. On both occasions, 1/3 didnt sprout, despite following instructions they provide. I have a green thumb and grow exotic house plants. Despite reaching out to them via whatsapp, they havent responded after my initial query. I am disappointed as a repeat client as I didnt complain the first time. Not eager to support a company that dont respond or resolve simple queries.
