THEY SELL BROKEN CARS
I am having issues with MARKETCARSALES DEALERSHIP, I purchased the kia picanto from them on the 19/11/2024 and collected it on the 21/11/2024. the car is financed by absa. firstly the bumper was loose when I got home they didn't tie it. after I collected the car, on the 22/11/2024 it broke down to some pipe that burst, ok fine I got my own mechanic to fix it and replaced the pipe and they never refunded me that money. again on the 27th of November the car broke down again they said it was putting pressure, they took the car to their mechanic and it took them almost 3weeks to give me my car back, I only received the car back on the 14th of December and still had to pay full installent, pay for insurance and all whilst I wasn't even driving the car. Today it the 16/01/2025 my car broke again and it was taken and on top of that I singed a warning at work because I have been having excuses with a car since last year. all I am asking the dealer is to give me another car or cancel the whole deal but they seem not to care instead I am being told that I should have gotten the car hire with the insurance if I wanted to have a car all the time.

Ripping peoples money

Pathetic service and no regard for human life
I have purchased a car from this company through a salesperson Albert Lottering on 08/02/2014. they sold me a car with bend rims. i have informed them of the problem after taking the car to Tiger wheels and Tyres and their response through this sales rep was, they will wait for car similar to mine and call me to bring the car for exchange. till today no response. i had to buy new rims out of my own pocket as the car was shaking while in motion

Worst Dealership and Service in Gauteng
The dealership is the worst ever! The ford ranger they sold us was breaking down every week in the first month that it was bought. They are now avoiding calls and playing hide and seek. The managers Riaan - Rude ass *******, Quinton and Natasha are nice till the deal is sealed then you will deal with the f”@$ aftermath of the s**** that they sell you. They took for 2 months saying they are working on the engine cutting and it came back with more issues such as windows not working, air conditioner not working, petrol gage not working, engine cutting while driving, shocks n tyres are worn out. We are 6 months down the line and not all complaints have been resolved so it would be nice for the public to be warned that they should choose anther dealership if they want quality vehicles. Had to be towed more than four times on the side of the road. Next step is to cancel the deal with the bank as talking to them is a waste of time and energy.

Shocking after sales service
Do not buy a vehicle from this company. Their service is absolutely shocking. When I needed to collect my registration plates, I was told that I had to pay an outstanding fine first, which I did but then I was told I have to do my own registration as I did not live in their metro. Also, the vehicle has a burst water bottle. Such a pity that I didn't check them out on Hello Peter first. Shocking service!

Do not buy a vehicle from this company. Their service is absolutely shocking.
