The dealership is the worst ever! The ford ranger they sold us was breaking down every week in the first month that it was bought. They are now avoiding calls and playing hide and seek. The managers Riaan - Rude ass *******, Quinton and Natasha are nice till the deal is sealed then you will deal with the f”@$ aftermath of the s**** that they sell you. They took for 2 months saying they are working on the engine cutting and it came back with more issues such as windows not working, air conditioner not working, petrol gage not working, engine cutting while driving, shocks n tyres are worn out. We are 6 months down the line and not all complaints have been resolved so it would be nice for the public to be warned that they should choose anther dealership if they want quality vehicles. Had to be towed more than four times on the side of the road. Next step is to cancel the deal with the bank as talking to them is a waste of time and energy.
The worst service I have ever experienced. if they cant do a simple thing as answer their phones or feedback when they are supposed to how do we trust them to find our cars??? it is frustrating to be put on hold for 15mins and still get not help. I would never recommend anybody to trust their car with car track and I'm so glad that I am no longer with them!!!!
I have just received the most amazing service from Sibukeli Sbu Kolondiya. He was very friendly and efficient in assisting me and insured that I get help through his his follow up before I even called this morning. it is my first time using the service and he went beyond merely communicating but gave exceptional service worthy of business referrals.
