They collected my order from CELLC on the 25th of September, the driver contacted me on the the 26th I advised him that I am not at work.Monday the 29th I received a message that they will deliver there after they changed it to an exception of INVALID proof of res provided but they didn't even come to deliver. I quried with the and did not get any assistance or answer until I decided to cancel the deal with cellc.again yesterday the 08th of October cellc contacted me to apologise and still offer a sim I agreed n I guess it will take another 2 weeks to receive my package?
Good day My name is Nompumelelo, I have been emailing and calling fidelity since last year about my electric windows of my car. I got the tracker installed in my kia picanto on the 27th of December 2024 and the technician broke the windows they were not opening, I phoned him back to come and fix. he came and bridged the wires, my windows weren't opening when the ignition is off now you can open them.2. the passenger one is only opening by the button on the drivers side only not the one on the passenger door, they can't break my car and expect me to fix it that not going to happen,I have emailed since December 2024 and called them several times without getting any help.THEY MUST GET MY WINDOWS FIXED AND CANCEL THEIR DAMN CONTRACT😡😡😡😡
Car tracker was installed on my car a KIA PICANTO on the 27th of December 2024,when I came back and checked my electric windows were not opening. I phoned the technician that was busy with my car to come and check, I am not sure what he did because my windows before fidelity car tracker was installed weren't opening when the ignition is off.after he fixed it, now I can open the windows even if the car ignition is off. 2. the passenger button is not working at all, I have to open on my side. I sent an email to fidelity in January and now February about this issue I haven't received any response. I tried to call them and I was told that they will escalate my query and get a technician who was assisting me, till today that haven't happened.
We are having a problem with the Engen filling station in Vosloorus sebenza. Monday on the 10th I went to fill up petrol for R400 on my kia picanto(mind you my full tank costs me R650, that last me for the whole week).I was assisted by Naomi a woman who's old enough to be my mother even, she pretended to be filling my car. I paid and drove to Kempton park but on my way I noticed that the gauge is going down very fast. By the time I got home later the petrol was already finished, which clearly shows that she didn't fill up for R400. THIS IS NOT A FIRST TIME, 2023 THEY KNOCKED ME R700 and refused for me to speak to the manager. the workers here are ****mers
I am having issues with MARKETCARSALES DEALERSHIP, I purchased the kia picanto from them on the 19/11/2024 and collected it on the 21/11/2024. the car is financed by absa. firstly the bumper was loose when I got home they didn't tie it. after I collected the car, on the 22/11/2024 it broke down to some pipe that burst, ok fine I got my own mechanic to fix it and replaced the pipe and they never refunded me that money. again on the 27th of November the car broke down again they said it was putting pressure, they took the car to their mechanic and it took them almost 3weeks to give me my car back, I only received the car back on the 14th of December and still had to pay full installent, pay for insurance and all whilst I wasn't even driving the car. Today it the 16/01/2025 my car broke again and it was taken and on top of that I singed a warning at work because I have been having excuses with a car since last year. all I am asking the dealer is to give me another car or cancel the whole deal but they seem not to care instead I am being told that I should have gotten the car hire with the insurance if I wanted to have a car all the time.
