Marli Cape Town
Based on recent customer reviews, Marli Cape Town is facing significant customer dissatisfaction across multiple fronts. Customers consistently mention that products received do not match what was advertised online, with a recurring theme of jewellery described as gold or sterling silver arriving as bronze or stainless steel. Shoppers repeatedly raise concerns about the brand presenting itself as local while goods reportedly ship from or must be returned to China. Refund processes, customer service responsiveness, and overall product quality emerge as persistent pain points throughout the feedback.

I truly understand when a company is closing down there is a lot going on behind the scenes. But when you have admin and delays in shipping but this was supposed to be a surprised gift from my son and he is very disappointed that it did not arrive. We have sent emails and have had no response can someone please reach and left us note the status or when the delivery can be expected.

Jewelry not sterling silver as claimed but stainless steel! Item looks like *******. Marli wants me to pay the courier fee back to China in order to get refunded! That after what she has done, is *****. Beware. Do not order from that website. She takes no ownership of conning customers.

This is 100 percent a ****! The jewelry is not what was advertised. The jewelry received is damaged and not to the quality they advertised. There is no way of contacting them besides their customer service email which they respond with nonsense. Ladies be careful this is a **** and you will be ******. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a month now and nothing has been resolved - no money back guarantee is honoured. I am reporting them to the National Consumer Council Commission and hopefully they will receive more complaints and shut this down immediately!!!

All '****' merchandise. Found everying on Temu at 500% less. Even used the the Temu photos on Marli website. When I pointed out the bad quality and **** advertising the socalled customer info stopped replying to my emails. I'm trying to return the goods for a refund but I'm being ignored by them.
