I truly understand when a company is closing down there is a lot going on behind the scenes. But when you have admin and delays in shipping but this was supposed to be a surprised gift from my son and he is very disappointed that it did not arrive. We have sent emails and have had no response can someone please reach and left us note the status or when the delivery can be expected.
Avoid at all costs! I saw this GP in the ER of Pinehaven Hospital and all I can say is he changed my life by sending me home telling me I sat next to a heater in a blistering heatwave, prescribing Perfalgan for pain when I am deadly allergic to paracetamol and codeine and worst sending me home then with a script for Stilpain. I collapsed as I did the night in the ER and had a blood end up on my brain and had seven months subsequently of chemo. I believe he is at Bergbron I would strongly urge patients to think twice before seeking help from a dr who doesnt even bother to read patient allergies! I was lucky if you can call it that...im not sure if other patients live to tell their tales. He has no beside manner, he doesn't listen to your concerns and speaks to the nurses as if you are not even present. This dr should really not even be allowed to practice in my opinion. He has no compassion or empathy!
Really shocked! I have been with IWYZE for a long time and even got my cash bonus little disappointed I mustn't lie because from when I took out my policy I never had any incidents it went from just over R8k and I only got about R4k but there's interest inflation so I was just grateful to get something but now here's where they really let me down. I decided to add my household contents a few weeks ago. So I called for a quote, firstly all my active policies disappear from my APP only my VAPS is there, the young lady says no it's because she is busy with the quote, I say cool it's no problem. I am on the phone for almost a solid few hours and she says there is an error can she call me back the next day, I say no problem, in the meantime ten different agents then try call me to start the process from the beginning and I politely say no I am busy with someone already. She does call back to only let me know the error is still persisting which I appreciate these things happen. In the meantime two days pass and I start looking at other quotes and realise there are better prices after the third day of hearing nothing back and all my policies are still missing I call IWYZE and tell them I have accepted a different quote and like to cancel when the new policy start, they first try to make me pay double premiums which I was going to have nothing of. Now its December I have canceled all my policies and although they left my VAPS on because they were busy with this quote they took of the premium I call them , the call center agent apologies and says the retention agent was new and they will cancel the policy and refund in 5 to 10 working days which I thank him for but while I still speaking saying thank you and I appreciate it, he proceeds to say thank you for your call and puts the phone down in my ear! IWYZE you guys need to check your staff as someone who tried call center agents they have no soft skills and their listening skills and etiquette is completely unacceptable if I was someone who was irate o boy shame really hey you guys need to all do your call center training over again because the retention person said oh perhaps the person who was doing the quote was off sick and perhaps she had a death in the family. Guys as a life coach, perhaps every one is always dealing with a silent battle but before you answer that call, it's your job like all the agents I trained in the worst time of all our lives in covid, we need to step and do our jobs so please OLD MUTUAL do something about your call center staff, please man because its not acceptable especially when I am still saying thank you for your stuff to put the phone down in my ear, have a blessed Xmas
Wow! This is such amazing service is all I can say. I placed my order on the 25th August got immediate confirmation and then the courier confirmed that they received the delivery notification and the next morning the 26th August promptly as promised my delivery was done. This is such excellent service delivery from the time I placed the order, every step email notification, WhatsApp confirmation from the courier Shimi with the tracking right down how many minutes it would be for them to make the delivery on the morning of the delivery and then they even were earlier than the 19minutes predicted. I am so impressed I would recommend them any day for their service excellence to someone who is doing renovations, because this is beyond what you would expect and amazing from a company! Thank you I truly appreciate such amazing service!
So, I please need someone to explain to me how NETSTAR can debit monies out of your bank account for a unit that is in a car you no longer own. For about a month now I have been constantly harassed by Netstar regarding the unit that was in my previous car. This car was traded in with the tracking unit still in, I bought a new car and had a NEW unit installed but for some unknown reason, despite the dealership having sent them all the documents, my certificate comes with my surname spelt incorrectly, leading to me getting tons of calls from other insurers and car tracking companies looking for a MRS WOUDT, how this even remotely translates to my surname I'm lost. When I had my previous car I had the app and everything was under my name on it. Since I traded the car in I have been paying monthly for my new cars unit, and now I am getting call after call to renew the contract of the previous car???? How does this company expect me to pay premiums for a unit installed in a car I no longer own, plus still pay my new car's trackers payment. And I have been from pillar to post and everyone keeps repeating the same thing the contract needs to be renewed... Today out of nowhere when querying yet again what is happening via the app, suddenly my new car is on my husband's name? His details I have no idea how that appeared plus to make matters worse I now have money that has been debited from my bank account????? HOW IN THE WORLD is this allowed am I the only one that thinks its ridiculous when you no longer have a car that you still liable for the payments of the tracker, is the person who bought the car from the dealership paying it as well?????? Please someone help the math aint mathing
So as everyone knows since February it's been a harrowing few months of hospital visits for me but I have been keeping myself a little cheerful based on the fact that I am looking forward to getting teaching going. PLEASE READ what I have to say next. I placed two orders for construction materials my first went to A********* r in Midrand and on the same day I placed an order with at Roodepoort Sand and Stone which is literally down the road from us. Both these transactions were paid immediately and in FULL. A received a message and one provider let me know that their delivery SLA is 5 to 10 working days whereas the other gave us none.... you would think that the business down the road is the one that would deliver in 2 working days time. NO! it's been ONE FULL MONTH and one FULL day that I am still waiting for my order to be delivered from the company in Roodepoort, thinking we supporting community businesses. 1. There is no sand or stone as advised on their website. 2. Everytime we needed to try and find out where our delivery WE instigated messages and were promised callbacks and then the owner has the audacity when I have my husband's phone with me to tell me he spoke to him and make delivery arrangements. 3. Because we both cant be occupied at the same time we take turns messing up our schedules in order to believe these empty promises because until two weeks ago not even the first line of our almost R12K invoice was delivered. 4. We got to a meeting and when we are 10mins late because of traffic he leaves having a business you always give clients some grace in case of delays that are unexpected. 5. For a whole week every day we were told the delivery is coming only when we threatened that we wanted a refund did he start the first line, I was told he was giving priority to clients who were complaining every 10mins, I wonder why now I am one of them and I am told please don't it will tarnish my business. 6. He tells us he shouldn't have accepted the order knowing that he was in such a backlog but yet he was happy to take our money. 7. We are told he is a "transporting" company not a supplier so then how do you have a website that lists these as ITEMS you sell? If all you do is transport them, you are a RESELLER and not a STOCKIST!!! I suggest you get to understand how the rules of business and engagement work because obviously you have no clue. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company ever I most certainly WILL NOT be so foolish again! To A****** r THANK YOU for excellent service because you have been truly a pleasure to deal with I would highly recommend anyone to use you in the future.
If I could give this business a ZERO rating I would, as a service provider myself there is no way you can do business in this manner. We placed a huge order with Roodepoort Sand and Stone and to date every day the owner Paul has a different excuse as to why our order has not been filled as yet, first its the quarry is dry, then all his manpower isn't at work. We have been told he is dealing with difficult customers because of complaints, so because we are understanding we get shafted every day, nothing further can be done without our deliveries that are outstanding from this company and worst when you get a call today nearly three weeks later you get told today is definitely the day, surprise he is not answering his phone apparently he is on training so what does that mean we got nothing delivered yet another day. The service and communication is pathetic for an order of nearly R12K if you dont reach out you hear nothing and even when you do you get lies. We placed this order the same time as a company in MIDRAND and the next working day we were contacted and full delivery was made, so what is the excuse for someone down the road. This is thinking to support community businesses and then to be dealt ******* service, we will never to any business with this man and will see him tomorrow for a refund so we can use another service provider but this is ridiculous. I will never recommend him to anyone and would warn people to rather pay extra than deal with this unprofessional behaviour.
Really awesome service from Decofurn I ordered my new chairs and received them as soon as the weekend was over. The product itself was as lovely as the picture on the website and Im really happy will recommend them any day
Doing business with this company was truly a great experience, the staff was friendly and so helpful. Their prices on building supplies was really the best by far and although there is a five day service delivery time. I ordered on Friday and Monday I received my delivery. I would really recommend them 100% for all your building and construction needs.
Although I love shopping at Frontline Hyper I love their products I love their customer service. There has been two occasions now where I have been there to shop. And a businesswoman cannot always be accompanied by her husband nor should she have to feel unsafe when going out to shop. I have brought the problem they have in the parking lot by way of a young white gentleman, who many other women have also complained about because we frequently go to the shops there. He was a problem in our area in Wilropark at the garage on the corner of Ruhamah and Ontdekkers where he frequently verbally abused people for not giving him money and instead giving it to the young black boys or buying them bread and milk. He once physical grabbed a lady and her husband had to be held back by the garage petrol attendants, he then started making his way down our street but soon he left as one of my neighbours threatened to let loose his rottweiler on him if he kept menacing the old lady next door. A few months ago my first run in with "Jonas" was whilst I was trying to get into my car and he grabbed me on an already injured shoulder recognising him instantly I tried to pull free my arm not realising it was my injured arm subsequently my clavicle is broken and I need surgery when then car guard realised what was happening he ran back into frontline. I went around and called someone out to tell them what happened they said they dont know how to deal with him. In last week same thing he was stopping a young lady and not allowing her from getting out of her car because she made the mistake of having given him money once before. So I pulled up and very angrily told him to get away from her because he had done the same to two of my friends that shopped there one was pregnant, now I ask you what would have happened if this aggressive narcissistic person hit my friend in her highly pregnant tummy because this time with my husband when I told a manager I was told not to let my friend irritate herself with this IDIOT because her baby will look like him! FRONTLINE its not a joke because shukr he didnt touch her and she delivered a healthy baby but what if he got as aggressive with her as he did with me and that baby died at full term what would you have said then. WE need to shop in safety Im not a woman who's afraid of a man who thinks he's superman he caught me off guard that first time NEXT time I'll come prepared for him and then the SAPS can cuff and lock away what's left of him, so solve the problem kanala before I do it for yous, so women can shop safely @frontline hyper hillfox
