Don't pay the key deposit you won't get it back!!

Waiting over 3 months now for key deposit to be paid and all I have recieved is empty promises.

Couldn't use aircons in any of the rooms as it sounds like a helicopter landing in your room. The remote only allows on and off with no temp setting. False advertising and terrible customer service....
