Ordered our baby room items with a R3000 wedding voucher we had, also used a R600 coupon code and an additional cash payment of R179.99. Received confirmation that the payment was done and received the order number and confirmation, the money was also deducted from our account. The next day the app shows payment incomplete! 3 weeks later, after the nightmare of dealing with their call center and struggling to get any resolution on what went wrong, they told us there is no order on the system and they will refund us the additional payment we made but not the voucher. We must send them POP, which we don't have coz the payment was done on their online portal... Our baby is due this week and we don't have the items we need! Thank you Mr Price Home for such a wonderful experience, you will never see me again!!
Waiting over 3 months now for key deposit to be paid and all I have recieved is empty promises. Couldn't use aircons in any of the rooms as it sounds like a helicopter landing in your room. The remote only allows on and off with no temp setting. False advertising and terrible customer service....
This is the most pathetic and useless service I have ever received from a service provider, in my life. I will never use Damelin again and ill be sure to advise anyone else I meet to never use Damelin either. There is no tracebility or accountability regarding any of their staff who say they will send info and never do. when you follow up they dont respond. The call center is a freeken joke!! wait on average between 20-60 mins for call to be answered. when call is answered and you have a complaint they put the phone down so they dont have to deal with the issue (had 5 call centre agents drop call in one session) wrong exam papers sent when writing my exam, ended up writing 3 hrs late and had to change my half day leave into a full day leave (Damelin cost me money). student portal doesnt work and people who are meant to help never phone back. Paid R10000 for a flash drive with study info..... thats basically all you pay for cos there is zero help to students there after. Currently im meant to be writing 2nd exam in June (31st May now) I paid on Mar 27th. still have not received confirmation of when im supposed to write. Have tried calling over a month now and spoke to 8 different people with no help in sight.... pathetic absolutely pathetic...
Recently bought a doubled up pizza and they were kind enough to double up on the piece of rusty metal i had in my pizza too. I was kinda horrified as it looks like a piece of the grill or oven that was now imbedded in my food. What bacteria and germs have I been eating? Debonairs was very sorry and offered 10% off my next order.... great so R10 discount will cover the germs and the broken teeth I might have had? Pathetic...
<p>Sent my PS3 in twice to get repaired by CSC, both times it came back</p> <p>with the same issue... they then told me i must have had surge issues which is impossible as it shut down about ten seconds after turning it on.</p> <p>They charged me R1000 for the repairs and courier fees both times. then when i asked to just give me a service report so i could claim from insurance they wanted to charge me an addituional R450.</p> <p> </p> <p>Still today the old PS3 has the same issues and they have no intention of refunding my money even though they could not fix it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think those actions are criminal and will advise any future customers to rather go elsewhere!!! </p>
